Personal Development Exercises
In this hectic impatient world it is sometimes hard to take our
foot off of life’s accelerator; to slow down and take a look
at what is going on in our lives. Our Personal Development exercises
are designed to give you the mental ‘space’ that we
all need to examine where we are in relation to our goals in life,
and to re-examine those things that are most important to us.
Give yourself the gift of about 20 minutes to complete each exercise.
Allow yourself time to explore your thinking, to delve into the
thoughts behind your thoughts, to reveal the feelings, pictures
and sounds that let each of us know our own truth.
The depth of each answer you give is directly proportional to
the sensitivity and skill of the person asking the questions. So
pay exquisite attention to yourself, or ask somebody else to take
you through the process.
We trust that like thousands of programme participants before
you, each exercise will provide you with new insight into how you
can live an even more fulfilling life.
